Terms and Conditions – Dadu Game Pakistan

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," "you") and Dadu Game ("we," "us," "our," "the Platform"). By creating an account on Dadu Game, making a deposit, or placing any bet or wager through the platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms in their entirety.

Dadu Game operates as an online gaming and sports betting platform serving players in Pakistan and other permitted jurisdictions. All monetary transactions on Dadu Game are conducted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The platform is licensed under an international gaming authority, details of which are available on request from our support team.

These Terms apply to all features and services offered through Dadu Game, including but not limited to: cricket betting, live casino, online casino slots and table games, Teen Patti Live, crash games, virtual sports, and any promotional or bonus offers. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not register an account or use any Dadu Game services.

To register and use Dadu Game, you must meet all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and at all times during your use of the platform:

• You must be at least 18 years of age. Dadu Game operates a strict 18+ policy and will not knowingly allow minors to register, deposit, or place bets.
• You must be a natural person — corporations, partnerships, and other legal entities may not register player accounts.

• You must not be a current employee, director, officer, agent, or close family member of a Dadu Game employee in the same household. Such persons are prohibited from holding active player accounts.

• You must not be on any government-issued restricted persons list relating to gaming or financial transactions.

Dadu Game reserves the right to request documentary proof of age at any point. Accounts where age verification cannot be completed will be suspended until documentation is provided. Any winnings accrued on an account subsequently found to belong to a minor will be forfeited in full.

Each player is permitted to hold one (1) active account on Dadu Game at any time. Creating multiple accounts — whether using different email addresses, mobile numbers, or payment methods — is strictly prohibited and will result in all associated accounts being permanently closed, with any balances forfeited.

When registering your Dadu Game account, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information including your full name, date of birth, valid Pakistani mobile number, and a working email address. You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of this information and must notify Dadu Game immediately if any details change.

• Your username and password are personal to you and must not be shared with any other person.
• You are fully responsible for all activity conducted through your Dadu Game account, whether or not you authorised that activity.
• If you suspect your account has been accessed without your authorisation, contact Dadu Game support immediately at support@dadugame.bet.
• Dadu Game will never ask for your password via email, live chat, or phone. Do not share it with anyone claiming to represent us.
• Accounts registered using false, borrowed, or unverifiable identity information will be permanently closed without notice.

Dadu Game reserves the right to request enhanced verification (Know Your Customer, or KYC) at any time, particularly before processing withdrawals above certain thresholds. Failure to complete KYC within 14 days of request will result in account restriction until documentation is provided.

All deposits and withdrawals on Dadu Game are processed exclusively in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). We do not accept or pay out in foreign currencies. The following payment methods are supported for both deposits and withdrawals:

• Easypaisa – Instant deposits; withdrawals typically within 30 minutes
• JazzCash – Instant deposits; withdrawals typically within 30 minutes
• NayaPay – Instant deposits; withdrawals typically within 1 hour
• SadaPay – Instant deposits; withdrawals typically within 1 hour
• IBFT / Bank Transfer – Same-day deposits; withdrawals within 1–4 hours
• Visa / Mastercard – Instant deposits; withdrawals within 1–3 business days

The minimum deposit is Rs 100 via Easypaisa or JazzCash, and Rs 200 via bank transfer or card. The minimum withdrawal is Rs 300 across all methods. There are no withdrawal processing fees charged by Dadu Game. Your bank or mobile wallet may apply their own standard transfer charges, over which Dadu Game has no control.

Dadu Game reserves the right to request documentary verification before processing withdrawals. Depending on the amount and your account history, we may require proof of identity, proof of payment method ownership (e.g., a screenshot of your JazzCash account showing your name and number), and/or proof of source of funds. These checks are required under our licensing conditions and are not optional.

Deposits using funds obtained through criminal activity, fraud, or any unauthorised source are strictly prohibited. Dadu Game cooperates fully with law enforcement agencies and will report suspicious transactions to relevant authorities where required by law.

Dadu Game offers various bonuses and promotional offers to both new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms of each offer, including wagering requirements, time limits, eligible games, and minimum deposit thresholds. These specific terms are displayed on the relevant promotional page and form part of these overall Terms.

General bonus rules applicable to all Dadu Game promotions:

• Bonuses are available to one account per person, per household, per device, and per IP address.
• Bonuses may only be claimed by eligible players as defined in the specific offer terms.
• Bonus funds and any winnings derived from them are subject to a wagering requirement, which specifies how many times the bonus amount (or bonus + deposit amount, as stated) must be wagered before a withdrawal can be made.
• Unless otherwise stated, slots contribute 100% toward wagering requirements. Table games (Blackjack, Roulette, Baccarat, Teen Patti) typically contribute 10%. Live casino game show titles contribute varies by game — check individual offer terms.
• Bonus funds are separate from real-money funds in your wallet. Real money is used first; bonus funds are used when real money balance reaches zero.
• If a withdrawal is requested before wagering requirements are met, the bonus amount and any winnings derived from it will be forfeited. Your real-money balance at the time of the withdrawal request will be released.
• Dadu Game reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice.
• Any attempt to abuse a promotion — including but not limited to creating multiple accounts, placing low-risk hedging bets across multiple outcomes to game wagering requirements, or using bonus funds in a way clearly designed to circumvent terms — will result in the forfeiture of the bonus and may result in account closure.

All games offered on Dadu Game are governed by their individual game rules, which are accessible within the game interface. In addition, the following general rules apply to all gaming activity on the platform:

• All bets must be placed using available real-money or bonus-money balances in your Dadu Game wallet. Bets may not be placed on credit.
• Once a bet is confirmed and accepted by the platform, it cannot be modified or cancelled by the player. Bets confirmed by Dadu Game are binding.
• In the event of a technical failure, disconnection, or software error during a game round, the outcome will be determined based on what was recorded in the Dadu Game server logs at the point of failure. If a round cannot be determined, bets will be returned to the player.
• Dadu Game reserves the right to void bets placed in error due to technical issues, incorrect pricing (in sports betting), or system malfunctions, and to correct any errors identified after settlement.
• For sports betting on Dadu Game, including cricket, matches or events abandoned before their scheduled completion may be settled as void or by applicable competition rules — details are in the Sports Betting Rules available in the betting section.
• Live casino table limits (minimum and maximum bets) are displayed within each game before you place a bet. These limits may change between sessions.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on Dadu Game. Any account found engaged in prohibited activity will be suspended immediately pending investigation, and may be permanently closed with balances forfeited:

• Fraud: Using stolen, borrowed, or unauthorised payment credentials to fund a Dadu Game account.
• Collusion: Coordinating with other players at live casino or poker tables to gain an unfair advantage.
• Bonus Abuse: Creating multiple accounts, using VPNs or proxies to claim bonuses in restricted regions, or systematically placing low-risk hedging bets to meet wagering requirements without genuine gaming risk.
• Chargebacks: Initiating a payment chargeback or dispute with your bank or mobile wallet after depositing at Dadu Game. Accounts with outstanding chargebacks will be suspended until the matter is resolved.
• Automation: Using bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools, or any automated system to place bets or interact with the Dadu Game platform without human involvement.
• Money Laundering: Depositing funds for any purpose other than genuine gaming activity, or using the platform to layer, place, or integrate proceeds of any criminal activity.
• Exploiting Errors: Knowingly taking advantage of software bugs, pricing errors, or technical glitches to gain an unfair advantage. Any winnings from known errors are not payable.

Dadu Game reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, including but not limited to the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions
• Failure to complete identity or age verification within the required timeframe
• Evidence or reasonable suspicion of prohibited activity (see Section 7)
• Receipt of a chargeback or payment dispute from the player's bank or wallet provider
• Requests from law enforcement, regulatory authorities, or payment partners
• Account inactivity exceeding 12 consecutive months (dormant account — see below)

Dormant Accounts: An account is considered dormant if there has been no login for 12 consecutive months. Dadu Game will attempt to contact you via your registered email or mobile number before applying dormancy fees. After 12 months of inactivity, a monthly administration fee of Rs 200 (or the remaining balance, whichever is lower) will be applied until the account is reactivated or the balance reaches zero.

Player-Initiated Closure: You may close your Dadu Game account at any time by contacting support@dadugame.bet. Any real-money balance above the minimum withdrawal threshold will be returned to your registered payment method within 5 business days of account closure confirmation.

Dadu Game is committed to promoting responsible gaming across all player interactions. Gaming is intended to be a form of entertainment and should never be treated as a way to generate income or solve financial problems.

The following tools are available to all registered players through the Account Settings section of the Dadu Game platform:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly limits on how much you can deposit to your Dadu Game wallet. Limit reductions take effect immediately. Limit increases require a 24-hour cooling-off period.
• Loss Limits: Cap the amount you can lose in a defined period before the system prevents further real-money play.
• Session Time Reminders: Set reminders to alert you when you have been logged in and actively gaming for a defined period.
• Cooling-Off Periods: Temporarily restrict your account from accepting deposits or placing bets for periods of 24 hours, 7 days, 30 days, or 90 days.
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently exclude yourself from Dadu Game for a minimum of 6 months or permanently. Once applied, self-exclusion cannot be reversed during the selected period.

Dadu Game collects, processes, and stores personal data about registered players in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms and Conditions. • We collect registration data, identity verification documents, transaction records, and gaming activity logs.
• We do not sell your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes.

Dadu Game provides its platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we make every reasonable effort to ensure continuous, reliable service, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access to the platform or any specific game or feature.

• Dadu Game is not liable for losses resulting from internet outages, device failures, or other circumstances outside our direct control.
• Dadu Game is not liable for any consequential, indirect, or incidental losses arising from your use of the platform beyond the recovery of the specific stake amount that gave rise to the dispute.
• Our total aggregate liability to any player in any 12-month period is limited to the total net deposits made by that player to Dadu Game during that period.
• Nothing in these Terms limits Dadu Game's liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for fraudulent misrepresentation.

Dadu Game reserves the right to update or amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. When changes are made, the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page will be revised accordingly. For material changes that significantly affect player rights or obligations, Dadu Game will provide at least 14 days' advance notice by email to your registered address or via a prominent notice on the platform.

Your continued use of Dadu Game after the effective date of any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the amended Terms, you must stop using the platform and contact support to initiate account closure and withdrawal of any remaining balance.
